MKD Construction has over 20 years experience in the industry and holds a Class A-General Engineering license for both Nevada and California.
Partnering with state and local government agencies we specialize in building bridges, roads, structural concrete, spillways and headworks, and environmental enhancements, all while maintaining a strong dedication to sustainable practices in environmentally sensitive areas.
We have completed numerous projects for city, county, and federal agencies with several awards for excellence.
A large aspect of our portfolio includes water quality improvement projects in environmentally sensitive areas throughout the Tahoe Basin
MKD Construction has completed numerous projects around Lake Tahoe, including bike paths, stream restoration, path and drainage improvements and modifying drop inlets on major roads around the lake to name a few. All of these enhancements have increased our knowledge and specialty understanding of environmental regulation and requirements in the Tahoe Basin.
Working closely with the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA), MKD Construction was granted Project of the Year for our impeccable work on the Third and Incline Creek Restoration Project.
